Betty Joan Crowdes, age 88, of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

She was born, born April 26, 1937, in Burlington Junction, Missouri 

She is survived by her daughter, Mitzi Crowdes Culton; her grandchildren, Holly Culton Eierman and Kenzi Culton Workes; and her great-grandchildren, John Wilson II, Bostyn Wilson, and Remington Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Monty Crowdes; her son, Richard Crowdes; her parents, William and Helen Shades; and her brother, Billy Shades.

Betty will be remembered for her devotion to her family and the generations of love she leaves behind. Her memory will live on through all who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Warsaw Funeral and Cremation, 420 Commercial, Warsaw, Mo.
