July 22, 1963 – March 25, 2026
Debra Renea Eichler, age 62, passed away peacefully at home on March 25th, 2026 surrounded by family. She was born July 22nd, 1963 in Clinton, Missouri to Joyce and Charles Garrison.
Debra attended school in Lincoln and graduated as Valedictorian in 1981. She furthered her education at Central Missouri State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Later she took more classes and passed her CPA exam.
She was united in marriage to Lawrence Calvin Eichler, Junior on February 19th, 1983. They made their home in Lincoln where they raised their two sons. Debra stayed home with the boys in their early years, while also doing the bookkeeping and accounting for the family business- which she continued long after retirement from the school. She dedicated 20+ years working as the Lincoln High School secretary.
Debra loved spending time with family, taking care of her animals, kept the snacks stocked up for her grandkids, and was always ready to jump in the side by side for a cruise with Junior.
She is survived by her loving husband, Junior Eichler; her two sons, Kyle Eichler (Rachel) and Bryan Eichler (Jenna); four grandchildren Leo, Barrett, Wyatt, and Heidi; parents Charles and Joyce Garrison, siblings Karen Johnson (Robert), Doug Garrison (Angela), and Darren Garrison (Kendra); in-laws Lawrence and Deloris Eichler, Cindy Harris (Rick), Jim Eichler (Tammy), Rex Eichler (Julie), as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
Debra will be deeply missed, but her loved ones are grateful for the memories.
A visitation for Debra will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the Lincoln High School Gym from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. with a grave side service at the Lincoln Cemetery following the visitation.
The family kindly requests memorial donations in memory of Debra be made to Benton County Hospice.
