Marianne Lucille Stackhouse, age 85, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2026. She passed peacefully at Loving Arms Memory Care in Sedalia Missouri. Marianne was born in Denver Colorado to Leopold and Mary Ann Korsick on March 8, 1940. She lived most of her life in and around Denver and Lakewood Colorado. She relocated to Sedalia Missouri to age gracefully and under the care of her son Michael and his family. Marianne graduated from North High School in 1957 and married John Lee Stackhouse in June of 1961. She was a homemaker most of her life but did hold various jobs outside of the home as well. She was preceded in death by her Husband John and Daughter Leanne Miller (Stackhouse) as well as her mother and father and Brother Leo Korsick. She is survived by her son Michael Stackhouse and his wife Kelly. Also five grand children and four great grandchildren. Marianne loved her family, friends, and her faith. Marianne had many interests and hobbies and loved her pets. She was an extremely giving person. A small private family gathering will be held locally for her son and his family, with a future interment at Mt Olivet Cemetery in Wheatridge, Colorado. She will be laid to rest in the family crypt alongside her husband John and other family members buried in Mt Olivet Cemetery.
